HAWAII
Cozette is one blessed little girl. She had the privilege of going to Hawaii with her wonderful primary teacher Ellen and her fabulous husband Don. We call them our adopted grandparents because they have been that for us while we are here in Denver and far from family. They spent seven days doing some really fun things and seeing some amazing sights! We are all jealous :)

Dole plantation. These are young pineapple plants.

The beautiful tabernacle ward chapel they attended. The people were so welcoming and loving and the grounds were stunning.
Cozette's birthday was quite the busy, amazing day for her. They went to the polynesian cultural center. They had special first class passes so they got the royal treatment. Cozy even got her own hula lesson! They really couldn't say enough about how great it was being entertained by the BYU students and being a part of the spirit and diversity of it all.

6 cultures were represented...Hawaiian, Samoa, Tahiti, Fiji, Tonga, and New Zealand

Gorgeous Hawaii Temple
So many of the pics that were taken show how beautiful it truly was. Cozette called me the first day and said "Everything is so green" This tree is called the walking tree.
Cozette is standing in front of Waimea Falls with shave ice, a newly discovered treat.
Standing on the deck of the Bowfin submarine, which is permanently docked there.
Pearl Harbor

Cozette was a fish while she was there. She swam just about everyday! She loved the beaches and came back a tomato :)

I know mothers shouldn't have favorites....but I do!
This little man is the center of attention in our home. Its okay to say he is my favorite because he is really all of our favorites! And I remind my other kids they had their day in the sun..when they were pampered, loved, served (just about every second) and given what ever they want, whenever they want. I only speak to him in a very funny, annoying, voice that I am convinced he loves. He is a goober! A ray of sunshine with a huge smile on his face anytime anyone gives him a glance. A few people have commented on what a special little spirit he has. A definite light is in this little mans eyes...

~Happy Valentines~
I woke up this morning and they had picked their own adorable V-day outfits. I love having creative and independent kids! They are amazing little people who bring so much joy into my life. I think it is wonderful to have a day to celebrate LOVE. I have many people in my life that I love and I thank them with all my heart for all they mean to me.

"I'm a big girl now"
Breakfast in bed followed by presents was a great way to start the day. Her Grandparents spoiled her with lovely gifts. (She has yet to take off the jewelry)
I had such fun making the Tower! Little ideas would come to me in the middle of the night and of course I stole other ideas :)

~SATURDAY~ Cozettes latest musical
This time Cozette got to perform with one of her best friends Fiona. And they got to wear PJ's!
And of course our adopted Grandparents Ellen and Don Olson came to support and adore her.

I love this facial expression! She really is a natural and the best one up there (says a very biased but very theater savvy mom) I am so proud of this kid....
