A real English chippy!

 We have a favorite little fish and chip shop owned by an English family who makes it proper. We introduced it to our wonderful friends who share the same story we do- (They met on there missions in Scotland and Barry is English and Brittany is American) When we met them we forced them to be our friends because they are so much fun and now have shared some great memories over the last couple years. Barry's Dad's band played for Little taste of Britain's one year anniversary, so we all ate, danced, and had a ball!!

 We have spent some good times at the local pool near our house here in Cottonwood Heights. Its sad because we have 7 peeks passes but didn't really use them. Gotta love the funny swim faces!

Fun with Friends

I was spoiled last Saturday with a 'friends day'! For lunch I met up with some old elementary school friends- Devon, Linda and Taren. It was so great to catch up! They are such amazing and beautiful women.Then for Dinner Alyssa and I surprised Devon for her birthday and went to The Melting Pot ( Thanks to Josh ) It was such a Great Day with some really Great Girls~

We also had a day Where the kids played and had a blast together. So crazy to think we were just teenage girls having fun 15 years ago and now we are adults having fun with all these amazing kids!

Payson Scottish Festival 5k

We all went home with medals.  Elias and Cozette won 1st place in the 1 mile kids race. Dad took second in his age category and 12th all around. Lenny took 1st in her age category and 4th all around and I took 2nd in my age category and 3rd all around. It was an absolute thrill!

My gorgeous girl~

 Cozy did an acting audition last week and I decided to take some pic's after. She really is growing into such a lovely young girl and seems a natural in front of a camera. She did awesome on her audition. They didn't use her in the end because the part needed a teenager with red hair as well and they couldn't find one. They told us they would for sure be giving us a call again and they raved about how well she did. We leave for Denver in a month so not sure if much will come of it but she plans on being in the apprentice program in her musical theatre class come fall.
